This may be one of the greatest Hip-Hop records of all time, every track tells a story that is hard to listen to but also hard to turn off. The flows that slug came up with for this record are perfect for the storytelling that he pairs them with. Ants production perfectly compliments slug on this record as well. another 10/10

This and other albums are so well written, Iβm blown away. Got my ass handed to me b/c as a music junkie, I just learned of this group- and I grew up Midwest (Indiana). Will carry this shame for awhile 2come. Fluidity & movement find me SO thoroughly when these joints play. Supreme kudos & now I shout aboutcha anywhere I go when surrounded with folks like me. When I was 18 I hit independent records off Colfax in Denver & got this CD. I think itβs Angeloβs CDβs & more now. Also the first place I found the classic Atmosphere logo t-shirt around the same time. Crazy how much has changed in Colorado in the past 17 years. Just realized the hidden track is missing from the remaster, but loving the added tracks from the original recordings. βEven if your DJ was Jesus you could never fuck with these kids.β

This is probably my favorite Atmosphere album. So much I relate to and it's so nostalgic. Slug is a true poet and Ant comes in with amazing production.
